OUR POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

Time for your appointment is reserved exclusively for you with one of our stylists and we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience during your visit to our salon.

If you cannot make it to your appointment, we require that you give at least 24 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or reschedule. You may cancel or reschedule online through our booking system up to 48 hours prior. Contact your stylist directly or email the salon at wilddesertbeauty@gmail.com.com to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment. Please note, we do not have a salon phone at this time.

Last minute cancellations and appointment No-Shows are detrimental to our business and will be handled as listed below 

For appointments cancelled within 24 hours we charge 50% of the service total

Same day cancellations and No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service total

By booking an appointment you have accepted and understand our cancellation/no-show policy shown above, and agree not to do a charge back or dispute with your banking institution.

*We do make exceptions for illness or emergency situations, which are handled on a case-by-case basis.

FINANCIAL POLICY

A credit card saved on file to our booking system is required to book your appointment.

Payment in full is due when services are received.

We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, google pay, and cash if you do not need change.

We do not offer refunds for services or products. We will make an adjustment on a service or an exchange of a lightly used product, within 2 weeks of your original purchase.

A $1 eco fee is charged to all appointments as a contribution to our sustainability program.

By booking an appointment you have accepted and understand our financial policy shown above and agree not to do a charge back or dispute with your banking institution for services received or products purchased.

We do not accept Crypto currency, Venmo, PayPal, trade for services, or checks.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are running late contact your stylist directly to notify them of your arrival time, as we do not have a business phone or a receptionist.

If you will be more than 10 minutes late you may be asked to skip a portion or your appointment such as the blow dry or reschedule completely and incur a late cancellation fee.

You may have the to option to add and pay for additional time with your stylist if their schedule allows and at their discretion.

Your appointment begins at the scheduled time and you will be charged for your full session time even if you arrive late. 

We try our best to stay on time for you also. Your stylist will notify you if they are running behind for your appointment.

SESSION DEPOSITS + FEES

A specialty service may require a deposit to be paid when booking your appointment or a fee at checkout.

This fee goes towards purchasing specific items needed for your service, such as hair extensions or vivid colors.

KIDS AT THE SALON

Appointments for children are charged in the same time based manner as all other services.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Please bring headphones for games/entertainment devices, as to not disturb the experience of other guests.

COMMUNICATION + PRIVACY

Client information stored in our software system will only be used for communication and scheduling purposes. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Wild Deset Beauty. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You have the option to opt out of our seasonal email newsletters and set appointment reminder preferences in our booking system.

Wild Desert Beauty may disclose Personal Data and other information as follows:

  • Third Parties that Help Provide the Messaging Service: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

  • Additional Disclosures:
    - Affiliates: We may disclose the Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy.

  •  All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
