BEAUTIFUL + BREATHABLE SALON
Our custom-built, light filled space was thoughtfully designed with the experience of stylists and clients in mind. We believe that every stylist's health matters and choose to work with only the best non-toxic hair care products and low-toxic, ammonia free, PPD free hair color. You can breathe easy since you won't find keratin treatments, relaxers, aerosols, synthetic fragrances, or other harmful chemicals in our salon.
We proudly practice sustainability within every aspect of our business to show our deep love for the environment. From our partnership with Green Circle Salons to our non-toxic cleaning products, upcycling and beyond, you can see how being
eco-conscious truly matters here.

Get support with all aspects of your career! Regular mentor sessions with our leadership team help our stylists to set and reach their goals. ​
Work, learn, and grow alongside of other talented and like-minded hair artists. Our salon staff often combine their expertise + collaborate with one another to create something amazing for their clients.
We offer seasonal classes, access to online education through our brand professional sites, and events.
STRAIGHT FORWARD COMPENSATION
Earn a flat commission on services and retail sales without additional backbar, credit card, or product fees. Have your color, supplies, products, towels, capes, taxes handled, and more provided for you as a W2 employee.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR​

Entrepreneurial spirit - Stylists who are ready to take their career in a more personalized direction and still work best with a team. Stylists who love to learn independently, are excited to business build and/or specialize their services with the support of leadership.

Experience - Our salon model is best for stylists with several years of experience and are confident behind the chair. We do not have an apprentice or training program.
​
Eco-Conscious - Stylists who are interested and active in environmentally focused practices already! Wanting to add this to your work life or lean into it even more is ideal.
